You do not require to download or install any softwares to use
SPAM Reduce & hence it is independent of operating system.
SPAM Reduce works with any POP compliant email program like Eudora,
Outlook etc on any operating system.
Does SPAM Reduce offer Anti-Virus support for my mails?
SPAM Reduce does offer Anti-Virus support. This feature is
package dependent & may require additional payments.
Which Email programs can I use?
SPAM Reduce works with any POP compliant email program like Eudora,
Outlook, Outlook express, Netscape etc.
How do I add SPAM Reduce to my existing email account?
To add SPAM Reduce to your account, please contact your Hosting Service
Provider.
Will my emails get delayed?
SPAM Reduce integrates itself with your mailbox. Your emails will be
delievered almost instantly
Does SPAM Reduce support Mailing List?
Yes. Mailing list usually sends bulk email to their subscribers using
a specific From Address. Just authorize the "From Address"
and you will receive the emails from desired mailing list.
Can I authorize or block entire domain names?
Yes you can authorize and block entire domain names.
How do I change my password ?
You can change your password using Password Manager within your Member's
area. Click on "Settings" & "Password Manager".

What is MailTrends?
MailTrends is SPAM Reduces' Advanced Mail Analyzing and Reporting Tool.
MailTrends generates graphical & tabular reports of Sender Email
Addresses, Sender Domains. It also produces Daily,Weekly & Monthly
analysis reports of total mails received. You can track email activity
from each senders or each domains.
What is SpamTrends ?
SpamTrends is SPAM Reduces' Spam Analysis & Comparison Tool. It
generates detailed graphical & tabular comparative analysis of Spam
& Real mails received by you.
Can I search for Sender Mail Logs ?
Yes. SPAM Reduce logs every email received by you and stores for period
of 6 months. You can search mail logs based on sender email addresses
& sender domains. You will get listing of every inward email with
their subjects and time it was received by SPAM Reduce.
Can I get statistics of senders ? How about detailed reports
?
Yes. You can get detailed statistical reports of senders. SPAM Reduce's

does SPAM Reduce filter Spam & Unwanted Emails ?
SPAM Reduce is Web based Mail filtering service which integrates multiple
Spam filtering techniques.
Where can I see my inbound emails ?
You can download emails from your POP server or online webmail as provided
by your Hosting Service Provider.
What do you mean by Unverified Mails?
Emails received from senders who are not listed as Authorized Senders
or mails detected as possible-spam are stored in quarantined mail folder.
These emails are termed as "Unverified Mails".
How do I check Unverified Mails?
You can access list of Unverified Mails from "Mails/Unverified
Mails" link in ControlPanel or using "Unverified Mail"
option in SPAM Reduce DeskLite.
What are Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains?
Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains are list of Email Addresses
& Domain Names from which emails will always be accepted without
any verification.
In short, it represents a White List from where
emails will always be received.
How can I authorize a Sender?
When you authorize an unverified email (from Unverified Mail Folder),
the sender's address automatically gets authorized and added to authorized
senders's listYou can also add sender address in Authorized sender's
list from Filters menu.
How do I Authorize an unverified email ?
To authorize unverified mails, go to Unverified Mail folder, select
required emails and click on "Authorize" or "Pass"
button.When you use option of "Authorize", sender's email
address will get added to Authorized Sender's list.
How Do I block email address or entire Domain?
To Block an email address or Block entire Domain, click on "Filters"
and select an appropriate options. Once you add email address or domain
name in the block list, any emails received from them will be always
dropped by SPAM Reduce Server (Mails will not be stored in quarantined
folder).
Can I filter mails based on Subjects or set my custom filters?
Yes you can filter mails based on subjects. You can also set Wild Cards
for subject blocking.
How do I create custom Spam filters ?
SPAM Reduce allows you to create various filters based on sender email
address, sender domain names and mail subject content. Click on the
"Filters" from the menu for various options.
Can I create filters with wild card ?
You can create subject filters with Wild Card (*). While setting the
filter content, just put * where you wish to use wild card. (Note :
Wrong Wildcard entry can cause mail lose)
How often Unverified mails gets deleted? How do I delete myself?
Unverified (Spam) mails are automatically deleted after specified period
(1-7 days) which can be set from preferences. If you wish to delete
unverified mails manually (immediately), you can use "Mail Purge"
option by clicing on "Mails/Mail Purge" from the menu.
How do I activate or disable Challenge-Response engine?
When Challenge-Response is active, will send Challenge-Response email
to every emails from unknown senders. You can enable or disable Challenge-Response
from "Settings/Preferences" menu.
I wish to change Challenge-Response message. Can I ? How?
Yes. You can customize the Challenge-Response message which is sent
to all unknown senders. Click on "Setting/Challenge-Response"
from menu to modify the same.
How do I change my password?
To change password, click on "Preferences/Password Manager"
option from menu. You will be required to enter your current password
and desired new password. Please note that password will be changed
for control panel as well as your POP Account to access emails.
