SPAM Reduce is Web based Mail filtering service and do not require any Hardware or Software. You continue to use your existing email address and your existing email software (Pop Client) to download emails.

Multiple Spam Filtering Techniques

With integration of various Spam Detection Techniques at different stages & virus scanning, SPAM Reduce filters out most of the Spam.

Every mail is passed through multiple stages of filtering (depending on your selected protection level).

Stage 1 : DNSBL/RBL filtering,
Stage 2 : Virus Scanning,
Stage 3 : Attachment Filtering
Stage 4 : Global Spam Database Lookup
Stage 5 : Subject filtering (user level)
Stage 6 : Black Listing Filtering (user level
Stage 7 : White Listing Filtering (user level)
Stage 8 : Content Filtering
Stage 9 : Authorized Sender Filtering/Challenge-Response

Protection Levels

SPAM Reduce allows you to set your own Spam protection level. This defines how your incoming emails should be handled for filtering.

During initial filtering stage (Stage 1 to 7), most of the known spams are filtered out. Mails are then filtered through Stage 8 or Stage 9 based on your selected Protection Level.

Medium Protection : (40-70% filtering)

Mails are filtered through various Spam-Content Detection Tools.
If detected as possible spam, mails are diverted to user's Unverified Mail folder.

Highest Protection : (upto 99% filtering)

Mails are filtered through Stage 9 which allows emails only from authorized senders to pass through. Emails from unknown senders are diverted to user's Unverified Mail folder.

Unverified Mail folder can be accessed using SPAM Reduce DeskLite or from SPAM Reduce Control Panel. Upon verification, emails are immediately delivered to your mailbox and sender addresses are added to your white list. Any futher emails received from them will be directly delivered to your mailbox.

SPAM Reduce DeskLite

SPAM Reduce DeskLite is a small tiny, Windows based system tray application which gives you, direct access to SPAM Reduce control panel from your desktop.

Now instead of manually logging-in from browser, you can simply access your Unverified Mails, manage emails, manage filters and access various reports with just few single clicks.

You will also get Pop-up notifications when you receive new mails in your Unverified Mail folder.

SpamTrends Reports generates Daily, Weekly & Monthly Graphical Comparative Analysis of Spam & Real (Verified) mails received by you.

Online MailLogs

SPAM Reduce keeps logs of every email received by you & your group for period of 6 months. You can search logs based on sender, date & email subject.
